Conference Workshop has a clear cancellation and refund policy for webinars/events:

  • If a webinar is cancelled due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances, attendees will be notified and can choose from:
  1. A recorded version of the webinar (valid for 6 months)
  2. A different webinar of the same price at a future date and time
  3. An on-demand recording (past event) of equal value
  • Refunds will not be processed if participants fail to attend the webinar
  • Cancellations will be notified 24 hours before the scheduled start time
  • Digital products (live, recording, transcript) are non-returnable after purchase
  • Group attendees can register up to 10 participants, and if the webinar is cancelled, they can opt for the above options
